Why did you start Iberia?
When I left the Navy, I entered the federal consulting world, first with one of the Big Four firms and then with two small businesses. At each company, I loved working side-by-side with clients who had a strong sense of purpose in their mission and bringing my ideas to the table to solve their challenges. . . .
